Established in 1989, PROVIDENT DEVELOPER & HOLDINGS CORPORATION (PDHC) was initially managing forty-two (42) units of apartments and townhouses in Cainta Rizal and Pasig City. Since its humble beginning, PDHC has already diversified and has successfully acquired and developed numerous properties, including residential and condominium units as well as office, commercial spaces, and land-based properties in Metro Manila.

HEXAGON REALTY CORPORATION (HRC) was established in 1994 and was initially a real estate investment, development, and Property Management company catered to manage property investments of foreign investors. Aside from acting as a property manager, HRC has been continually developing and investing in various properties throughout Luzon since its incorporation.

Now, HRC has a sizeable portfolio of properties, the majority of which are located in Metro Manila, particularly in the Financial District – Makati City. Having a wide selection of properties in its portfolio comprising of residential, commercial, storage, and office units, HRC is able to cater to established and new enterprises, as well as to individuals in need of properties for personal or professional use.

Understanding the diverse demands of its clients, HRC not only offers for lease residential, commercial, office, and parking spaces but is likewise offering several units for sale and has maintained its property management services.

BRIDGE HOLDINGS (BH) on the other hand, is a sole proprietor entity established in response to the influx of expatriates moving to the Philippines as well as the continuous increase of demand for high-end residential units, particularly from foreign and diplomatic missions. Hence, BH was organized in 2006 to develop, acquire, own, and manage high-end residential and office units in the three major business districts in Metro Manila – the Makati Central Business District, Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, and Ortigas Centre in Pasig City.
